With the STI Surface Centre in Changshu, STI is building an electroplating and mechanical production site on an area spanning roughly 4,000 m2. During the initial phase, the factory - equipped with laboratory facilities, state-of-the-art surface treatment and processing lines for cylinders, pistons and sieve baskets - is going to become a competence centre for the printing, navigation and papers industries as well as for other markets.
