The STI AlpineCoat® boasts a specific surface topography, which is especially optimised for each application. After each application, the parts' surfaces range from coarse, rough and matt to finely structured. Depending on the version, the STI AlpineCoat® offers narrow tolerances and reproducible surface structures, if required also in combination with other coatings, such as nickel, copper or SolGel coatings like Nanochrom®. The STI AlpineCoat is also® the ideal coating for hydrophilic or hydrophobic applications. In particular, parts such as converting cylinders, casting and drawing rollers, pulleys and guide pulleys or damping distributor rolls are treated with the STI AlpineCoat®.
