By incorporating PTFE into a structured hard chromium deposit, the advantageous properties of both materials are combined in an ideal manner. The hard chromium deposit provides parts with excellent mechanical resistance and wear protection. PTFE extends the functionality and results in anti-adhesive properties, improved sliding characteristics and improved corrosion protection.
